The Pépites
The Cookies of Tante Agathe available in three varities:
au Chocolat Noir, a crunchy cookie gorged with tender black chocolate nuggets
au Chocolat Domino, inlaid with black and white chocolate nuggets, these fine biscuits are like dominoes.
Macadamia, made with gently grilled pieces of Madacamia nuts, often known as the queen of the nuts, shipped directly from Australia

The Couronnes Gourmandes
A recipe developed by Tante Agathe the dough is midway between sablé and yeast. The special way of treating the dough gives its very particular consistency, a really delicious biscuit.
The Couronnes Gourmandes exist in four varieties:
à la Cannelle, with the taste of cinnamon remembering traditional feasts
à l’Orange, with natural orange flavour and pasteurised orange juice
à la Vanille, with natural vanilla and perfumed with caramel
au Citron, with natural lemon flavour for a slightly stronger taste
The Sablés
These are traditional biscuits, slightly crispy, available in four flavours:
au Citron (with the flavour of natural lemon)
Vénitiens, a traditional recipe from Venice rediscovered by Tante Agathe (based on corn and buckwheat)
à l’Orange (with fresh pasteurised orange juice and orange paste)
au Thé à la Pêche (with tender peach tea flavour)
