Ingredients

As we are anxcious to offer you quality products, Tante Agathe selects carefully all ingredients which she uses to prepare her biscuits.

  • All ingredients are guaranteed without GMO.
  • The use of ionized products is forbidden.
  • The eggs are coming from free range poultries only.
  • Depending on the recipe, we are only using butter or vegetable fats. The fats are solid at ambient temperature and we do not use at all hydrogenated fats.

  

Quality Control

We aim to offer you high quality products, therefore stringent controls are made along all the stages of our traditional production process.

During each production stage, such as the mixing of the dough, the baking, the packing or the manual icing, everybody strives to do a quality job at any time.

We do not want to offer you only a product of superior quality but we also want to guarantee food safety.

Even though our production is traditional, we do apply the same quality management systems as any big industrial food producer.

All our hygiene precautions and controls are put in place according to the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) method which allows to insure a high standard of food safety.

Since 2008 we have been certified ISO 22 000:2005 which means our organisation, production, internal audits and check points meet the requirements of this international food safety management system.

The certification is delivered by an independent organization and audits are made every year.
